Ring if you are stuck, WhatsApp a photo, email if it can wait
Three ways in, in English or Spanish. Choose by how urgent it is and whether a photo would explain it better than words.

Ring the number
For anything urgent: shut out, locked in, a key broken in the lock, a door forced, a car with the keys inside. Answered at any hour.

Send photos and a pin on WhatsApp
For photos and a location: the lock from outside, the edge of the door, the keypad of a safe, and a map pin. The first line of the message is already written for you.

Email what can wait
For a written quote, an invoice for your insurer, or anything that can wait a day. Not for emergencies: nobody watches the inbox at three in the morning.

Good to know
Payment, languages and where the van goes
- Payment: cash, card or Bizum. The price is agreed on site, before any work starts.
- Languages: English and Spanish.
- Hours: the phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies, door opening and locked cars. Planned work is booked in normal hours.
- No premises: it is a mobile service working from Alcoi, so there is no shop or office to visit.
The van covers Alcoi and its urbanisations, the rest of l’Alcoià and all of El Comtat: see every town on the coverage page. If you are locked out right now, read how a night call-out works, or just ring.
Ready to ring?
Say where you are and what has happened. The rest is worked out on the phone.
