About Locksmith Alcoi
Who you are calling, and the jobs we say no to
Locksmith Alcoi is a mobile locksmith working from Alcoi, with 22 years in the trade. There is no shop to visit: the work happens at your door, your car or your safe, anywhere in l’Alcoià and El Comtat. You can speak English or Spanish, and pay by cash, card or Bizum.
How the work is done
Four habits that do not change from one job to the next
- The price is agreed on site, before work starts. Once the door, the car or the safe has been seen, you hear the price and decide. Nothing is added afterwards.
- No promises of minutes. When you ring you are told honestly how long the journey looks, from where the van is, at that hour.
- The lock is tried before the drill. Drilling is the last resort, and only with your agreement.
- Proof before anything is opened. An ID with the address, a rental contract, the car’s papers or the deeds. It protects you as much as anyone.
The phone is answered at any hour for emergencies, door opening and locked cars. Planned work, such as new cylinders or a repair to an old door, is booked in normal hours. The full list of places covered is on the coverage page.
The jobs we say no to
Opening and locks, never keys
Locksmith Alcoi opens doors, cars and safes and fits, repairs and upgrades locks, and would rather tell you now than after you have rung what it does not do. None of these is offered:
- Cutting, copying or duplicating keys, of any kind
- Spare keys for homes, garages, gates or padlocks
- Car keys: cutting, supplying, replacing or programming them
- Transponder chips and remote controls for vehicles
- Ignition barrels and ignition switches
- Keys for motorbikes, mopeds or vans
With cars the work is opening a locked car and nothing more, as the locked car page explains. For copies of house keys, a key-cutting counter in town is the right place.
Reviews and contact
Why there are no testimonials on this site
Anyone can write glowing quotes on their own website. Reviews mean more where the business cannot edit them, so the reviews page explains where they will be published instead. To get in touch, the contact page says which channel suits which problem.
