# Ring if you are stuck, WhatsApp a photo, email if it can wait

Three ways in, in English or Spanish. Choose by how urgent it is and whether a photo would explain it better than words.

Open 24 hours · 7 days

- **Ring the number**

For anything urgent: shut out, locked in, a key broken in the lock, a door forced, a car with the keys inside. Answered at any hour.

  [Ring now](tel:+34678583290)
- **Send photos and a pin on WhatsApp**

For photos and a location: the lock from outside, the edge of the door, the keypad of a safe, and a map pin. The first line of the message is already written for you.

- **Email what can wait**

For a written quote, an invoice for your insurer, or anything that can wait a day. Not for emergencies: nobody watches the inbox at three in the morning.

## Payment, languages and where the van goes

- **Payment:** cash, card or Bizum. The price is agreed on site, before any work starts.
- **Languages:** English and Spanish.
- **Hours:** the phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies, door opening and locked cars. Planned work is booked in normal hours.
- **No premises:** it is a mobile service working from Alcoi, so there is no shop or office to visit.

The van covers Alcoi and its urbanisations, the rest of l’Alcoià and all of El Comtat: see [every town on the coverage page](https://locksmithalcoi.es/coverage/). If you are locked out right now, read [how a night call-out works](https://locksmithalcoi.es/emergency-locksmith-alcoi/), or just ring.

## Ready to ring?

Say where you are and what has happened. The rest is worked out on the phone.
